- Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges. At this time, we cannot accept international orders.
- If you are not satisfied with the product shipped to you, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 60 days of the invoice date. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form by contacting us prior to shipping the item back to us. All returns must be approved and returned with shipping prepaid. Merchandise must be in brand-new condition and in original packaging. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- If a product is received damaged, we must be notified within three working days from date of receipt by contacting us. We will replace the damaged product at no charge and no shipping.
