Store Policies


  • Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally may incur additional shipping charges.


  • If a product is received and your not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form by contacting us prior to shipping back.
  • All returns must be approved and returned with shipping prepaid.
  • Merchandise must be in brand-new condition and in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.


  • If a product is received damaged, we must be notified within three working days from date of receipt by contacting us. We will replace the damaged product at no charge and no shipping.

Will you sell my name and address to other companies?

  • No. Your security is important to us; we do not sell or distribute our mailing lists to anyone.
